Introducing Barry Adamski, the new company president

The C.A. Lawton Co. is proud to introduce, new company president, Barry Adamski. Adamski has made a remarkable impact on the company over the past three years as COO and Lean expert at Lawton and will be responsible for inspiring and producing even more remarkable results in this new role.

Adamski’s role as president will focus on promoting further continuous improvement through improved process flow, Lawton’s training, and onboarding process, safety, and quality. Adamski’s belief in quality training to prepare quality employees will be the primary focus to obtain these results.

Former president, Alex Lawton, will maintain the position of CEO, setting the long term vision for our company. Adamski will work to make that vision a reality.

The C.A. Lawton Co. is a fifth-generation, privately held, grey and ductile iron foundry located in De Pere, Wisconsin, specializing in engineered castings from 400 to 30,000 pounds.
