RJ joined Lawton in 2018 and brings 13 years of experience in the foundry industry in various roles such as engineering, sales, and management. RJ has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. He started his foundry career at Luftkin Industries in Luftkin, Texas. President of Lawton, Barry Adamski states, “RJ has shown a strong vision for the future of engineering at Lawton. In addition to his skills with Magma and Solidworks, he demonstrated leadership abilities that exhibited he is deserving of the position.” Lawton is proud to have RJ and wishes him the best in his new position.
