United Way Award! Best in Show/Best Team

Best in Show/Best Team is given a company that thinks outside of the box to try to reach their goals. They exemplify creativity and innovation throughout all aspects starting with the employees, coordinators, and leadership. 

C.A. Lawton motivated employees to give back to United Way by having each of their supervisors kickoff the campaign during their shift start up meetings.

They then played bingo, sold cupcakes and nachos, and had a sealed auction.

Some items included in the auction were: Packer tickets, vacation time, lunch with leadership and much more. The C.A. Lawton was able to increase their special events by over $1500 and had an increase in their overall campaign of 53%.
