Lawton team wins 2019 wellness competition

The C.A. Lawton Co. is proud to congratulate Katherine Jungwirth, Rena Meunier and Ron Baus as winners of the 2019 Executive Edge wellness competition.

This competition, sponsored by Prevea Health in conjunction with the Western Racket & Fitness Club, is a wellness challenge for teams from the Greater Green Bay, WI area. This annual event encourages participants to collect points over a three-month period demonstrating activities for improved health.

The activities include exercise, healthy lifestyle changes, Health Risk Assessments and visits to a nutritionist. The participants maintain a diary and document points earned through both activity and education on the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. The three-month duration not only provides a challenge to maintain the lifestyle but also helps establish healthier behaviors as a part of the participant’s daily routines.
