Executive Edge Winners Announced!
Prevea Health, in partnership with Western Racquet & Fitness Club, sponsored their first ever team edition of Executive Edge. Fifteen Green Bay area teams participated in the wellness challenge to improve their biometric score and earn points by participating in healthy activities.
Eight employees from The C.A. Lawton Co. formed 2 teams to participate in the challenge. For 9 weeks, the employees challenged themselves to make improvements in their health and accumulate points by attending educational classes about nutrition, meeting with a personal trainer as well as a health coach, keeping food journals, and increasing their activity levels.
The teams did amazing! Team 1 (consisting of Bill Neubauer, Katherine Jungwirth, Lori Goemans, & Jeff Taylor) won for most accumulated points. Team 2 (consisting of Carley Becker, Karen Kroening, Randy Nemetz, & Rena Meunier) also ranked high, coming in 4th place.
Not only did the teams accumulate a staggering amount of points, they also made great strides on improving their overall health. For most improved team health scores, Team 1 came in 2nd place and Team 2 came in 5th. Individually, Carley Becker came in 2nd and Jeff Taylor came in 9th (out of 60 particpants!!).
While the Executive Edge challenge has ended, the participants are continuing the healthy habits they have built and The C.A. Lawton Co. is committed to supporting them, and all employees, in their pursuit of wellness.
